On the Effect of Socialist Legal System Construction on Adherence to and Development of Marxism

The socialist law construction can be dated back to the New Democratic Revolution.With the concerted efforts made by the four generations of the collective leadership of the Party,the socialist law construction has achieved remarkable results in that it raises people＇s awareness of enforcing and guarding law and strengthens their legal consciousness,which embodies the principle of managing the country by law and ensures people＇s status as masters of the country and their rights to excersice the state power.The socialist law construction contributes to the enrichment and development of Marxist view on legal system.
