| 摘 要： | 加强高校共青团工作,队伍建设是重中之重,如何建设一支政治过硬、素质全面、勇于创新的高校专职团干部队伍,成为各高校的重要课题。就高校专职团干部队伍存在的问题,面临的新形势、新挑战,结合实际工作,对如何做好高校共青团工作提出了几点思考。
