| Abstract: | Young college faculty is the main vigorous force in teaching and administration.Fully bringing their activity and creativity into play,they will contribute much more to the university＇s development.So it is necessary to strengthen the construction of grassroots League organization for young faculty,continuously summarize the successful experience,reinforce the education and innovation management,strengthen the cohesion,and explore new methods. |
