| 摘 要： | 互联网与信息交流技术的飞跃发展为共青团工作带来了新的机遇,同时也提出了新的挑战。作为中国先进青年的群众组织,共青团如何主动占领网络阵地、把握网上教育的主动权,增强共青团在大学生中的吸引力和凝聚力,已成为新时期共青团工作所面临的重要课题。从互联网时代高校共青团工作所面临的机遇与挑战入手,着重探讨互联网时代共青团网站的定位及运作模式,即网上共青校的建立和运作机制。

| Abstract: | The fast development of Internet and communications brings not only opportunities to the work of the Communist Youth League（CYL）,but also challenges.How to make good use of the Internet so as to educate,unite,and serve the youths,has become an important issue on the working schedule of CYL.The location and operating mechanism of CYL websites for higher education was explored. |
