| 摘 要： | 北约持续东扩和美国在东欧部署反导系统这两大事件引起俄罗斯在军事领域的激烈反应，这促使它被动地陷入与美国进行一场新的军备竞赛。目前最重要的是俄罗斯在“非对称性”原则下掌握好应对美国军事威胁的“度”。

| Abstract: | Two big events- NATO＇s continuing eastward expansion and the U.S. deployment of the anti-missile system in East Europe-incurred Russia＇s fierce response in its military field. That drove Russia involuntarily into a new arms race with the U.S.. At present. the most important thing for Russia to do is to control ＂the degree＂ of their reaction toward the U.S. military threats in line with the principle of asymmetry. |
