| 摘 要： | 民国时期,陕西的社会教育事业较前得到了较大的发展,大致可以分为萌芽试验阶段、推广兴盛阶段、衰落停滞三个阶段。这个时期的陕西社会教育事业内容广泛,包罗万千。抗战时期边区的新民主主义性质的社会教育事业蓬勃兴起,与陕西国统区形成鲜明的反差,而陕西国统区社会教育主管部门的法定职权与事实具有不一致性、党化教育色彩比其他省份更加浓厚,民国时期陕西社会教育只是昙花一现,发挥的作用很是有限。
