| 摘 要： | 学习贯彻十六大精神必须“高举旗帜”、“一心为民”。从人学的视角看 ,一心为民就是以人民为本 ;全面建设小康社会的目标突出了对人的命运和幸福的关怀 ,说明只有在社会主义条件下 ,人才真正成为自己行动的目的而不仅仅是手段 ,才有可能促进人的自由全面发展 ;十六大战略部署的中心思想是充分发挥人民群众的历史主动性、积极性、创造性 ,即人的主体性 ;人学应抓住学习贯彻十六大精神的时机 ,从当代实践提出的新经验和新问题入手 ,努力进行理论创新 ,开创人学建设的新局面。

| Abstract: | The guiding principle set by the 16th CPC National Congress is to give full play to people's initiatives and creativity. The Congress highlights the goal of building up a well-off society with the full development of the people. The study of man therefore should focus on the practice in the new context and aims at theoretical innovation. |
