试论英国的封建王权及其制约因素

中世纪的英国封建王权,不仅被赋予极大的权力,而且还被神化,一直都呈加强的趋势。与此同时,在实际社会生活中,却一直存在着制约王权的种种潜在因素。在社会动荡,人们的生活需要强权保护的情况下,这些潜在因素往往不被人们所注意,从而也发挥不了实际作用,而一旦王权成为社会发展的障碍,这些潜在因素便成为人们利用的武器,从而也成了限制王权的真正力量。

On the Right of Kings and Its Localization in Feudal England

During the medieval England, the kings were not only to bestowed with great power, but should to be exalted to divine rank, and their position be consolidated continuously. In fact, there were some factors that had always restricted the kings. In the period of turbulence and confusion, people needed to be protected by the kings, the factors that restricted kings was not to be given more attention by people, thereby not to exert its influence.
