| 摘 要： | 时代主题问题,是社会主义首先必须把握的基本战略问题.邓小平以马克思主义的宽广眼界观察世界,作出了"和平与发展是当今时代的主题" 的科学判断;江泽民着眼于时代的发展变化,把和平与发展的时代主题注入了"维护和平,促进发展"的新内容;胡锦涛站在时代的高度,作出了"求和平、谋发展、促合作已经成为不可阻挡的时代潮流"的科学论断,把党对国际形势的认识提高到新境界.
