| 摘 要： | 发展社会主义政治文明表明了党对中国特色社会主义民主政治建设规律认识的深化,是社会主义民主政治建设目标的集中体现,是对社会主义民主理论的科学而集中的概括.发展社会主义政治文明就是要建设为绝大多数人享有的社会主义民主政治,就是要进一步实现人民当家作主.发展社会主义政治文明,必须毫不动摇地坚持党的领导,必须建立健全社会主义法制、推进依法治国.
