摘    要:法律硕士专业学位教育在十余年的办学过程中取得了较为可喜的成就,为实务部门输送了大量的法律专业人才。但是由于一些培养单位对法律硕士专业学位教育的两大培养目标(复合型、实务型)没能落实到实处,导致在培养方案、教学方式和师资配备等方面还存有不少问题。基于此,可考虑在如下方面作出改善:培养方案的落实要突出实务的特色,教学方式上要引入诊所法律教育的教学模式,师资配备要侧重实务性。

Abstract:During the past 10 years, Juris Master Education has obtained great achievements, as it has cultivated large number legal professionals. However, the two targets of Juris Master Education for inter disciplinary and pragmatic personnel have not been implemented, and problems remain in the training programs, teaching approaches and teaching staffing. So such measures can be taken as to highlight the pragmatic characteristics of training program, introduce the clinical legal education model and pay attention to the pragmatism in teaching staffing.
