| Abstract: | Based upon the fundamental principles of telecoms tariffs and after a series of analyses and contrasts, this paper illustrates the problems of the current telecoms tariffs in China and the reasons for the problems as well. Accordingly, the paper presents some basic suggestions on further reform trends. |
