| 摘 要： | 由于BT模式建设项目运作的复杂性,工期索赔造成项目工期延长的同时,项目的融资费用上升,导致项目回购总价款的增加。分析可原谅工期对建设项目的影响,研究工期索赔对项目建设期融资费用的影响机理;计算可原谅的工期延误引起的项目回购基价增加值,验证其影响机理及影响因素;提出工期索赔造成融资费用增加的防范措施。

| Abstract: | Because of the complexity of BT model,cost of financing increase with claim for extension of time.Explore the influencing mechanism of claim for extension of time to the cost of financing,calculate the added value of buy-back base price caused by excusable delay via examples,validate the influencing mechanisms and factors,then put forward preventive measures to the increase of the cost of financing. |
