| 摘 要： | 构建和谐校园是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要组成部分,以人为本是构建和谐校园的核心和灵魂,文章联系创建和谐校园的内涵和必要性,着重谈构建和谐校园为何要坚持以人为本以及如何把握以人为本,从而促进师生员工的全面协调发展,推动学校各项办学实力的进一步提升。

| Abstract: | The construction of a harmonious campus,with people-oriented as its heart and soul,plays an important role in building a socialist harmonious society.Based on the connotation and necessity of constructing the harmonious campus,this paper focused on why to adhere to people-oriented,and how to realize people-oriented in constructing a harmonious campus,so as to promote the coordinated development of the overall staff and students,and to further enhance the overall strength of the schools. |
