当代日本初中的道德教育--日本新《初中学习指导要领》中的道德教育

日本文部省1998年底第四次改订了《初中学习指导要领》,其中包括了对道德教育的阐述,反映了针对当前日本社会发展的现状、日本道德教育存在的问题和世界的国际化趋势,日本文部省在初中道德教育领域所采取的积极措施。本文对这次改订的初中道德教育的基本方针、目标、内容和指导计划等进行了简要的介绍、分析和评价,试图给我国的中学道德教育工作者提供一定的借鉴。

Moral Education in Junior High School of Contemporary Japan--Moral Education in the New Edition of "Guidance Outline of Junior High schools" in Japan

The forth edition of Japan's "Guidance Outline of Junior High schools" (1998) gives an exposition of moral education, which shows that the Education Ministry of Japan has been taking active measures in moral education of junior high schools as a response to Japan's social situations, problems in moral education and the trend of internationalization around the world. On the basis of the outlines of moral education, the paper introduced and gave simple comments on the current moral education from the policies, goals to contents, trying to provide some references for moral education of elementary and junior high schools in China.
