| Abstract: | This article presents the understanding on the expansion of political participation and the promotion of democratic policy\|making from these three aspects. First, expanding political participation and promoting democratic policy\|making is the intrinsic quality of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Second, it is the essential factor for making the right decision. Third, the key point is to insist on democratic centralism. |
