危机管理是现代高校管理所面临的一个崭新课题。目前,我国高校的危机管理现状不容乐观。在日常的学校管理中,管理者要树立危机意识,加强危机教育,提高危机防范管理能力,做到未雨绸缪。同时要建立预警机制;优化决策机制;畅通信息沟通机制;明晰责任追究机制;恢复危机评估机制。

The College Students Work in the View of Crisis Management

Crisis management is a new topic that universities face in modern management. Administrators should improve manage- ment to prevent crisis and establish sense of crisis, tighten up education on crisis. At present, China＇s universities should not be opti- mistic about the current situation of crisis management. Universities should strengthen sense of crisis, actively carry out research and intensify education so that a sound early warning system of the crisis management can be established in order to further promote con- struction of modern and harmonious campus.
