| 摘 要： | 可持续发展是迄今为止人类提出的社会发展的最高目标,是人类社会追求的天人合一的最高境界。然而,可持续发展不是无源之水、无本之木。可持续发展需要人口均衡型社会、资源节约型社会和环境友好型社会做支撑。可以说,人口均衡型社会、资源节约型社会、环境友好型社会既是可持续发展社会目标的具体体现,也是可持续发展目标的三个支撑点,三者缺一不可。其中最根本的是人口均衡。人口均衡包括人口内部的均衡和人口外部的均衡。人口内部均衡包括人口规模、人口分布、人口结构和人口素质等要素的均衡。人口外部均衡指人口与经济发展水平、资源禀赋、环境容量相均衡。三型社会需要三种生产理论的指导,三型社会体现了以人为本的可持续发展观。
