| 摘 要： | 商业网点合理布局 ,是提高居民生活质量 ,促进商贸经济快速、健康、可持续发展的前提 ,是提升城市现代化气息和都市形象的重要途径。论文从实际出发 ,借鉴国内外商业网点布局经验 ,对秦皇岛市商业网点布局存在的问题 ,布局思想与原则 ,发展目标 ,以及市级商业中心、区域商业中心、社区商业中心的布局进行了探讨 ,提出了改善秦皇岛市商业网点布局的建议与思路

| Abstract: | The rational distribution of commercial network is the prerequisite of the improvement of resident's living quality and the acceleration of fast,healthy and sustainable development in business and trade,it is also an important way of promoting the modernization and image of cities.Proceeding from the reality,using domestic and foreign experiences on commercial network overall arrangement,the existing problems,distribution thoughts and theories,goal of development in the distribution in Qinhuangdao were discussed,the commercial center at city level,in regions and in communities were also probed into.The suggestions and thoughts on improving the distribution of commercial network in Qinhuangdao were put forward. |
