高校图书馆建立学习型组织刍议

摘    要:学习型组织是以信息和知识为基础的组织,是通过改变信息处理和评估的规划、方式来适应新的信息要求的一个团队。探讨了建立图书馆学习型组织的意义,按其相应规章制度进行规范组织内成员的行为,实行目标管理,促使成员能够自我学习、自我发展和自我控制,确保组织性的实现。提出了建立图书馆学习型组织的相关策略。

Abstract:The learning-type organization is an organization based on information and knowledge,and a team which adapts to the new information requests through the change of information treatment and assessment planning and way. The paper investigates the meaning of setting up learning-type organizations in libraries, the standardization of the behaviour of the staffs in libraries according to corresponding regulations and systems,and the implementation of target management. The staffs are caused to be able to study by themselves, develop themselves and discipline themselves, so as to ensure the realization of organized system. The paper puts forward the related strategies of setting up learning-type organizations in libraries.
