| 摘 要： | 1994年第八届全国人大常委会七次会议通过了《中华人民共和国对外贸易法》,至今将近十年了。在这十年中,我国对外贸易格局发生了巨大的变化,尤其是我国在两年前加入WTO以来,我国外贸法的部分内容已不适应对外贸易的实际需要,也不符合WTO的相关规定。因此,遵循国际贸易的基本规则,适时修改外贸法,这已经是我国外贸体制改革和外贸可持续发展的客观要求。

| Abstract: | It has been nearly ten years since the adoption of Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China at the Seventh Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Eighth National People's Congress. With great changes in the structure of foreign trade having taken place since then, especially since the entry into WTO two years ago, some content of Foreign Trade Law of the PRC can neither meet the objective need of the foreign trade nor accord with the relevant stipulations of WTO. Accordingly, it has been the objective requirement of the reformation of the foreign trade system and the sustainable development of the foreign trade to follow the basic rules of the international trade and to revise Foreign Trade Law of the PRC. |
