| Abstract: | Emphasis on Sino--US Non--governmental diplomacy is one part of Deng＇s diplomatic thought and practice. Facts show that such kind of communication has brought much benefit to the normal development of mutual relationship, the peaceful solution to Taiwan issue, the policy of China＇s opening up and reform and the role of more effective influence of china in international affairs. |
