由于受认识能力的限制和生存环境的影响,在南方少数民族的观念中普遍存在着有关巫蛊的信仰,很多人幻想着通过巫术使异性受到诱惑。这种性爱巫术的表现形式多种多样,而用符咒和某些动植物配置的爱药来激发所恋之人的性爱、性欲和性力则是此种巫术常见的形式。由性爱巫术引申出来的有关“蛊”的迷信思想始终影响着人们的性观念和婚姻关系。

The Theme of Sex in the Witchery and Gu (Witchey Using Poisonous Insects) Culture among the Ethnic Minorities Living in South China

Because of the limitation of the knowledge and the specialcircumstances, there is a widespreadbelief in witchery and Gu among the ethnic minorities living in south China. Some of the people want to charm the pursued people through the different kind of witcheries, including of the use of the sexual incantations and drugs which were made from some special plants or animals. Besides,the superstitions concerning the Gu were often influencing their ideas and marriages.
