摘 要: | 在大学班级建设中引入班级愿景导向策略,可以帮助大学生顺利实现学习者的几种现代角色转变。通过在班级这一层级组织当中营建班级成员共享的愿景,激发和强化班级学生自我成长和集体成就的内在驱动力量,帮助大学生实现向动机导向型学习者、自主学习者、终身学习者、创造性学习者、合作学习者、反思型学习者等现代学习者角色的转变。

Abstract: | The advantages of Class Vision - Oriented Strategy in the construction of college classes can help college stu- dents play their new roles of modem learners more smoothly. In addition, the construction of class vision can inspire and strengthen students' inner power to realize a perfect combination of individuals' growth and collective achievements. And finally, it can help college students shape their modem roles of motive - oriented learners, self - directed learners, life - long learners, creative learners, cooperative learners, or rethinking learners. |
