日本吞并朝鲜的三部曲,始于＂征韩＂之论,中有＂朝独＂之说,终于＂合并＂之约。吞并朝鲜是日本军国主义外扩的首要目标,明治维新后的第二年,＂征韩论＂便应运出笼。但是鉴于朝鲜是中国的属国,故日本未敢贸然以武力＂征韩＂,然而＂征韩论＂并未销声匿迹。1876年,日本又制造了＂朝鲜独立＂的舆论,并以此为发动侵略朝鲜和中国战争的借口。甲午战后,日本控制了朝鲜。通过《日韩议定书》、《日韩协约》、《日韩合并条约》等条约的签订,日本完成了吞并朝鲜的三部曲。
