| Abstract: | The idea of "Three Represents" that comes up at the turn of the new century is the innovative product of developing Marxist theories. Therefore it cannot be separated from the era in which it is born. And it follows that when we interpret it and implement it we have to take into consideration of the era when it comes up and its potential development. |
