| 摘 要： | 随着我国加入 WTO,国外跨国企业并购投资将取代新设投资成为在华直接投资的主要方式 ,我国的证券市场将成为外资并购的主要阵地。本文分析了当前我国证券市场上外资并购的特点及其发展趋势 ,指出了要开展外资并购所急需解决的问题 ,提出了解决我国证券市场外资并购问题的对策以及几点建议

| Abstract: | With China's accession into WTO, the form of direct investment by foreign transnational corporations will change from newly built investment to merger and acquisition (M&A), and China stock market will be the major field where cross border M&A takes place. The author firstly gets across the characteristics and the trends of cross border M&A and then several problems needed to be solved.At the end of the passage, several suggestions are given on cross border M&A in China stock market. |
