| 摘 要： | 目的:建立HPLC对牡丹皮中芍药苷定量的分析方法。方法:采用HPLC法;流动相;乙腈-0.1%磷酸(19∶81),检测波长230 nm.结果:芍药苷线性范围为0.096-0.48m g/ml(r=0.9997),平均加样回收率为96.36%,RSD为0.56%(n=5)。结论:本方法灵敏、结果准确可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish the method for determination of Paeoniflorin in Paeonia suffruticosa Andrl.Method: HPLC analysis was carried out on VP-ODS column and CH3CN-1.0ml/LH3PO4(19:81) as the mobile phase.The detection wave length was 230nm.Result: The method was linear at the range of 0.096-0.48m g/ml(r = 0.999 7),and the average recovery was 96.36%,RSD was 0.56%(n=5).Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate,highly sensitive and reproducible.It may be used for the quantitative determination of Paeoniflorin in Paeonia suffruticosa Andrl. |
