饵料密度对紫彩血蛤幼虫生长发育的影响

摘    要:用四种单胞藻分别以三个不同的密度投喂紫彩血蛤幼虫,据幼虫生长发育速度、存活率和变态率,比较不同饵料密度的效果.培养初期饵料密度控制在2.5万个/mL,两天后密度逐渐增加至5万个/mL,后期则以10万个/mL为好.四种饵料中球等鞭金藻的效果最好.

Influence of density of food on growth and development of larvae of Nuttallia oliv acea
Abstract:Four species of unicelluler algae and three levels of the density of food have been tested as food for the larvae of Nuttallia olivacea.According to the speed of growth and development,the survival rate and metamorphosis rate of the larvae,the effects of the different density of food have been compared.At begining the density of food should be controlled at 25000 ind/mL,two days later it should be gradually raised to 50000 ind/mL,in the late stage 100 000 ind/mL is good.Isochrysis galbana is the best one in the four species of algae.
