| 摘 要： | 定向运动是利用自然环境开展活动的体育项目,它能使人们融入社会,回归大自然。采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法和综合分析法,对国内高校开展定向运动的情况进行回顾与分析,发现定向运动是一项适合在普通高校中大力开展的新兴体育项目。文章针对定向运动特性对该运动作了深化改革与创新,并就充分利用学校周边自然资源开展定向运动教学进行了有益的尝试,取得了良好的实践效果。

| Abstract: | orienteering is a sport which use the natural environment to carry out,it can integrate people into the society,and back to the nature.With methods of literature review,questionnaire,expert interviews,mathematical statistics,and comprehensive analysis,the paper looked over and analysed the carryout situation of orienteering in domestic colleges,discovered that orienteering is an emerging sport which is very suitable to carry out in ordinary colleges.Made a deepening renovation and innovation for orienteering’s feature,and also made a conducive exploration of how to take a good advantage of the school’s surroundings to carry out orienteering teaching,which achieved good results. |
