| 摘 要： | 我国教师教育正处在重大的历史转折和发展时期,建立开放的教师教育体系,是教师教育改革与发展的重要内容.在"师范教育"向"教师教育"转变、学科教育与教师专业教育逐步分离的趋势下,教师教育实现开放式办学,应从办学模式、教育内容、教育体制等方面入手.

| Abstract: | Teacher's education in China is in the important period of historical turn and development.Establishing an open system for teacher's education is one of important contents for the reform and development of teacher's education.This article will discuss some circumstances under the trend of normal education transformed to teacher's education and subject education separated from teacher's profession education.Teacher's education will conduct how to run a school,some basic propositions are put forward on the model of running a school educational content as well as educational system and so on. |
