| 摘 要： | 十六国北朝时期，中国北方一直处于少数民族统治之下，政权迭更，战乱不已。与南方相较，十六国北朝文化落后、经济发展缓慢。其实，此期的北方在藏书文化方面，也有值得称道的地方，这些少数民族政权为传承中华文明，做出了自己的贡献。

| Abstract: | Northern China had been ruled in the national minority during the period of The Sixteen Kingdoms and The Northern Dynasties,the political power alternated,chaos caused by war.Comparing with the south,The Sixteen Kingdoms and The Northern Dynasties were backward,economic development was slow.Actually,book collection culture of the north was worth praising,these national minority political powers had made their contributions for inheriting the Chinese civilization. |
