| 摘 要： | 领导权威是一个古老而又新鲜的论题,笔者运用历史唯物主义和唯物辩证法的观点,重新界定了领导权威的科学涵义,并逐步深入认识其归根结底为一种利益关系的实质,进而着重探讨在新的时代背景下领导权威生成的一般原则和有效途径,以揭示领导权威生成所具有的独特规律。

| Abstract: | The topic of leading authority is often discussed for a long time, the author utilizes historical idealism and materialist dialectics viewpoints, re-summarizes the scientific implication of leading authority, and discusses progressively into its essence that is essentially a sort of interest relations. Then the author further focuses on the general principles and effective ways of leading authority formation in a new era, so as to reveal the specific law that the leading authority forms. |
