| 摘 要： | 社会主义国家如何正确认识和对待非公有制经济是一个重大的理论和实践问题。针对这一问题,文章对非公有制经济在中国的发展经历了从十一届三中全会前的"割资本主义尾巴",到党的十六大提出的"毫不动摇"地鼓励和支持其发展的曲折过程进行了探讨。
