| 摘 要： | 关注企业六西格玛项目的实施,发现项目管理对六西格玛项目的成功具有至关重要的作用,有效的项目管理工具和技术,都可以运用到六西格玛项目的实施过程中,并在项目的产生、评估与选择、实施过程中形成了独特的六西格玛项目管理方法。

| Abstract: | This paper pays attention to the application ot Six Sigma in the enterprises,and finds that the project management is very important to the success of Six Sigma projects.All the tools and technology of project manage- ment can be used into the Six Sigma projects.In the meantime,the particular project management for Six Sigma has been established in the process of using the methods of project management to select,evaluate,choose and implement the Six Sigma projects. |
