| Abstract: | Mao Zedong had an initial exploration on China＇ s administration innovation issue in the long-term practice when he led the Chinese revolution and construction. Especially, he put forward initial revolution thought, such as separation of the functions of the party and the government, the allocation of administrative power between central and local governments, simplify organization, personnel system and so on. It provided important enlightening significance in deepening China＇ s administration innovation. |
