| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化的大背景下,发达国家在反垄断政策方面有了很大的变化。与以往相比,发达国家的反垄断政策更强调国家战略利益,更注重经济效率等。这种情况促使我们要密切关注开放经济条件下国际垄断及反垄断的动向和特征,并在反垄断方面充分考虑到国内经济发展和参与国际竞争的实际情况,采取积极而有效的措施。

| Abstract: | Under the background of economic globalization, there are many changes about the anti-monopoly policies in developed countries.The anti-monopoly policies of developed countries emphasize the strategic benefit of nation and the economic efficiency and so on.This situation urges us to pay more attention to the tendency and the characteristic of the international monopoly and anti-monopoly under the open economy condition. In the anti-monopoly aspect,we should fully consider the actual situation of domestic economic development and the participation international competition and take the effective and positive measures. |
