| 摘 要： | 信息权利已成为现代社会人的一项基本权利.本文阐述了信息权利的基本内涵,对信息权利诸要素在现代信息活动之知识权力结构下的展开状态从伦理角度进行了考察,在此基础上,从兼具规范意图和明确责任的功能出发,提出了一组理想的基于信息权利的网络信息伦理原则.
