| 摘 要： | 改革开放30年来，我市商业系统通过体制的变迁和改革，促使市场多元主体形成，推动了流通规模持续扩大、现代化程度日益提高和商业功能的有效拓展。天津商业要在实现科学发展、和谐发展、率先发展中有所作为有所贡献，必须以取得的成就基础上进一步深化改革，扩大开放，统筹协调天津商业发展。

| Abstract: | Since China adopted the policy of reform and opening up 30 years ago, Tianjin commercial system has made remarkable achievements： multiple subjects market has formed through economic system reform; currency scale expands continuously; the modernized intensity is improved day by day; and the commercial function is expanded effectively. The past 30 years has told us, that only through deepening reform and opening up, and balancing business development, can Tianjin business achieve scientific, harmonious and innovative development. |
