民族主义与欧洲一体化

民族主义可怕性的一面以及欧洲人对和平和繁荣的追求成为战后一体化的基本动因。民族主义对于欧洲一体化的作用在于它既是制约力量又是推动力量。一体化是民族主义与联邦主义相互作用的结果。在民族国家占据一体化主导地位的情况下,一体化的发展还有相当的局限性。在可预见的未来,在坚持民族国家主权地位和欧盟辅助性原则的前提下,解决欧盟"民主赤字"问题并培养对欧洲的认同感对于推动一体化发展具有重要意义。

Nationalism and European Integration

Nationalism terrible side as well as the pursuit of peace and prosperity in the post-war European integration became the basic driving forces.Nationalism is not only restricting force of European integration,but also driving force.Integration is the result of the interaction of Nationalism and Federation.On the condition that national countries occupy the dominant position of integration,the development of integration remains a considerable limitations.In the foreseeable future,in upholding sovereignty of national countries and the principle of subsidiarity of the European Union,that the European Union has to resolve the problem of"democratic deficit"and the European identity is of great significance for the promotion of integration.
