| 摘 要： | 日常交际中人们遵循一定的会话原则，从而使交流得以顺利进行，但有时为了表达特定的含义，交谈双方又会违反会话原则。本文利用合作原则和礼貌原则分析这两项原则在商务函电中的具体运用情况，产生了特殊的会话隐含，传递了特定的商务信息。

| Abstract: | In common verbal communication, speakers follow some communication principles so that the conversation can last successfully, while sometimes speakers flout communication principles for some special meaning. In this thesis,it discusses the application of cooperation principles and polite principles in the course of business English correspondences, which produces special conversational implicature and conveys special business information. |
