基于成才教育导向的独立学院校园文化建设研究

校园文化是独立学院的生命和灵魂，当前很多独立学院过多的关注规模和效益，忽视了内涵，致使校园文化薄弱或缺失。应该以战略思维规划校园文化，以移植借鉴的方法构建校园文化，以教师为主导全员共建校园文化。

Research on Campus Culture Construction in Independent College Based on the Talent Educational Guidance

The campus culture is the life and soul of an independent college, but at present, too many independent colleges focus on the scale of school development and benefits and ignore the school connotation, which results in weak or absent campus culture. In this paper, it discusses that campus cuhure should be planned on the strategic thought and constructed in the method of transplanting, and the school should take the teachers as the leading power to build the campus culture.
