日本改宪运动评析

自20世纪50年代初期开始,日本政界的改宪论抬头。到80年代,在新保守主义政治的推动下,改宪的声调越发高涨,同时开始了切实的步骤。尤其是90年代以来,日本新保守主义登场,日本执政当局采取“解释改宪”和另外立法的形式,彻底架空了和平宪法,造成改宪的必然趋势。日本改宪运动的实质在于走政治、军事大国化的道路。

Critique on the Movement of Constitution Amendment in Japan

The urge for Constitution amendment started at the initial period of the 1950s in Japanese political circles.Till the 1980s,at the instigation of neo-conservatism politics,the call for amending the Constitution surged even more,and at the same time practical actions were taken towards this goal.Especially since the 1990s,the Japanese authority has adopted the strategy of "explaining the amending of the Constitution" and has turned to other legislation forms,which made the Peace Constitution completely invalid,and resulted in the inevitable trend of Constitution amendment.The essence of this movement in Japan lies in the government stepping onto the dangerous path leading Japan towards a political and military power.
