| Abstract: | By analysing the present situation of dynamic talents training program and the problems existing,the thesis summarises the demand and dominant ideas on this subject. In the thesis,the process of how to fulfill and reform the training program of dynamic talents is also elaborated, including enrolling and cultivating students from a broader point of view,making more suitable teaching plans,renewing teaching materials and improving teaching techniques. |
