| 摘 要： | 近年来,未成年人犯罪呈上升趋势,且出现了手段成人化、年龄低龄化、团伙化等新特点,日益成为法学界乃至整个社会关注的焦点。本文从凉山彝族自治州未成年人犯罪案件调查入手,对该少数民族地区未成年人犯罪的原因、根源及预防对策作了初步的调查分析。

| Abstract: | In recent years, it is reported that the problem of minor crimes is getting more and more serious;the crimes appear some new characteristics in adultlike means, younger age, and organized crimes etc. Minor crimes have been increasingly becoming a focused issue that both jurists and the whole society pay attention to. Starting with the minor crimes of in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, this article analyses the reasons, the root, and preventive measures. |
