随着改革开放和现代化建设的推进 ,我国社会结构发生剧烈变化并引发社会利益多样化。进行社会利益整合 ,成为中国共产党在新的历史条件下 ,代表最广大人民根本利益面临的重大现实课题。圆满解决这个课题 ,必须坚持有利于解放和发展生产力、为社会绝大多数人谋利益、从先富到共富、效率优先、兼顾公平、统筹兼顾等基本原则 ,必须完成增加社会财富、完善社会主义基本经济制度、健全完善社会保障体系、调节社会收入差距、依法杜绝社会财富非法获取等艰巨任务
