| 摘 要： | 证人出庭作证,是现代刑事诉讼庭审制度的基本要求,是保证司法公正的基本措施。但目前我国刑事审判中却普遍存在着证人出庭作证难的现象,严重影响着刑事案件的公正审理。本文从立法、司法及证人自身等方面分析了导致这一现象的基本原因,并提出了解决这一问题的建议。
