湖北县域民营经济发展的三大战略选择

湖北县域经济的发展必须坚持以民营为主体的战略取向,这是由我国社会主义市场经济改革的基本目标和湖北县域经济的自身特点及发展的阶段性特征共同决定的,是壮大县域经济、加快县域经济发展的必然要求。而发展湖北县域民营经济宜采取三大战略对策:继续深入推进公有制企业的民营化改革,在县域经济总量不变的条件下,提高县域民营经济在全省县域经济总量中的比例;降低市场准入门槛,放手发展民营经济,扩大县域民营经济在县域经济增量中的比例;优化民营经济发展的宏观外部环境,打造民营经济发展的制度平台,逐步形成民营经济健康持续发展的良性循环机制。

Three Strategies to Develop County Private Economy of Hubei Province

The private sector should play a major role in Hubei's county economic development. This is determined by the objectives of China's market-oriented economic reform and the characteristics of Hubei's county economic development.To develop the private sector, three viable strategies should be adopted: to continue the privatization of the state-owned enterprises so as to increase the share of the private economy in the provincial aggregate; to lower the market entrance threshold and take bold steps to develop the private sector so as to increase its share in the provincial added value; and to perfect the macro-economic environment and create a sound platform for the private sector so as to establish a benign cycle for its sustainable and healthy development.
