| 摘 要： | 本文在界定大规模定制物流服务能力的基础上，通过分析大规模定制物流服务过程及其对能力要求，提出了大规模定制物流能力的一种综合能力，由技术能力、市场识拓子能力、组织管理在能力以及资源与流程子能力构成，各子能力需要不同的资源支撑，并分析了各子能力要素与资源的关系。
