| 摘 要： | 和谐世界是近年来中国外交一个最响亮的关键词,是中国基于对国家和平崛起的终极目标及世界政治发展大势的清晰把握而提出的国际战略主张。一个发展的大国需要世界理想。和谐世界理念着眼于构建国家间良性的战略互动,是对中国崛起后不确定性的解惑释疑,给国际社会带来了一个乐观的前景,说明中国要承担更多的国际责任,树立负责任的、建设性的大国形象。中国正积极践行这一理念。

| Abstract: | A harmonious world is the loudest key word in Chinese diplomacy in recent years,which is an international strategic proposal based on the ultimate goal of China's peaceful rise and the world political development.The proposal emphasizes the positive strategic interaction between nations,tries to dispel any doubts of China's rise,and brings an optimism to the international community. It explains that China wants to undertake more international responsibilities and to be a responsible,constructive big country.Now China is actively fulfilling this proposal. |
